HOMEMADE. PEACH. ICE. CREAM. šŸ‘ No churn, with two simple ingredients. My friend @bromabakery inspired me to make a vegan version of her epic no-churn ice cream recipe and it’s HOT šŸ”„ You can use regular dairy just as well & can get super creative and make this with literally anything, fruit, chocolate, oreos etc...it’s fool-proof. Recipe below + check out @bromabakery for all her ice cream goodness! Ingredients: 1 Pint of Vegan or Non-Vegan Whipping Cream 1 Can of Coconut Condensed Milk 1 Can of Yellow Peaches (puréed) 1/2 Fresh Peach 1/2 Fresh Nectarine Pinch of Salt Tablespoon of Vanilla Directions: Whip cold cream until soft peaks form, don’t over-beat. Fold in salt, vanilla, condensed milk and 1/2 of peach purée. Line a bread pan with parchment paper, layer whipped cream, purée and diced fruit 2x. Smooth over and decorate top. Freeze for 12 hours.
