What is summer without a new hero 🌻

Thank you @odeandiefreude for introducing me to this film about Juliette de Bairacli Levy otherwise known as Juliette of the Herbs 🌿 

This incredible woman has really inspired me to think about how I want to life my life.

Her appreciation for nature + people living close to it; the travelling communities, wisdom of healing for both animals and people.
One of her best friends said the quality that stood out to her the most about Juliette was kindness, which has stuck with me the last few months.
I loved how she travelled most by boat! Here she is giving back the olives to the olive tree’s roots, not just for us but the nutrients from the fruit are needed to go back into the soil 🌿 
During this heat and harvest time in the UK this reminded me of not only how important it is to live healthily and respect our own bodies through nature, but about giving thanks to the plants we collect.

Even if it’s just a few flower after cutting rosemary or lemon balm or artichoke, giving back some beauty to those lives feels really good 💚
