For Sound Clash we’ve invited Rotterdam-Belfast’s forward thinking DJ & producer Kessler, and Amsterdam’s imaginative selector Ezri Jade. We’ll enjoy the music on either Krackfree or Addit, which both sound super immense, deep & defined in their own right. Praying for offshore wind, we are hosting the party in a big tent, hoping to reach London on the other side haha. Kessler Having nurtured his sound in the UK & Ireland, Kessler created a dynamic signature of immersive breaks & bass-driven music, receiving praise along the way, and debuting his output across multiple reputable stations like BBC Radio 1, Rinse FM & NTS. In his DJ sets, Kessler outlines his distinct connection with unrestricted electro, garage, jungle & techno. Ezri Jade Amsterdam based Ezri Jade is a Guyanese/Dutch selector and creative. Inspired by her roots and Pan-African belief, her sound is eclectic and ranges from Reggae to Afrotronic and everything in between. Porto Verde x Loch Ness Sound Clash is a collab between local crew Porto Verde (Raakvlak), and Margie’s Loch Ness. Porto Verde hosted many parties at beach bar The Shore, and instigated the Addit system, which is 3D printed with recycled PET! Margie started Loch Ness with the custom built Krackfree Soundsystem, which you might have heard at Dekmantel.
