Thursday thoughts, take it or leave it 💭 The perfect opportunity to workout will rarely present itself. There will always be house stuff to do, time constraints or you may just not feel like it. The truth is, you have to make the time and prioritize the workout because it won’t magically fit in to your schedule. You don’t need to wait for a new month or a new week. You need to keep the promises you made to yourself because waking up earlier is hard and doing the thing you don’t want to do is hard but that’s actually what self care is. There is no growth in the comfort zone. I’m sharing 25 days of health and wellness related things leading up to Christmas to hopefully help you try new programs or products to start your new year goals with (but in my opinion, you can get a head start on your new year goals and start now) 🙂 This workout was a 30 minute full body on @form with @calynbrooke and required minimal space, equipment and time. 💪🏼 You got this 🫶🏼 #workoutroutine #firsttimemom #form #fitness
