Pregnant or not, here’s a quick but effective leg workout routine for ya! 😍 Keeping up with my workout routine during pregnancy has been one of the best things that keeps me feeling good! I often use my husband to help me with the heavier weights for the hip thrust but if its a lighter weight I usually have a little strategy of how to put it on. Lmk if you want a video on that!
