I’m busy, you’re busy. We need fast (but tasty) recipes like this to stay on point. I’m eating this meal 1-2 times a day because it checks all the nutritional boxes for me and takes about 1 minute to make 🙌🏻
There’s no protein source in the recipe so you’re welcomed to choose your own if you like. Sometimes I add @legion protein to the pudding, other times I have eggs on the side. (Eating it without protein is fine, too, if you’re already getting enough throughout the day.)
PREP IN BULK: Want to really save some time? Grab some mason jars or small Tupperware containers and make a bunch of servings using an assembly line approach. Now you’ve got meals for the whole week 👏🏼👏🏼
