This beautiful tune of the hymn "What a Friend We Have in Jesus" holds a special place in my mother's heart. Composed by D.F. Nzeh, it can be found in MHB 538 and CHB 259. I fondly recall she often sang it while she prepared US one of her delicacies. Only recently did I fully appreciate its significance when she sang it to comfort me during a stressful moment. Each word resonated deeply within me, reminding me not to worry but to turn to prayer. Beloved! why worry?. When you can take it to the Lord in prayer 🙏🏻.
