Gym, hair, repeat. Mondays are gym days, even when it’s raining. Fitness first - some upper body, some lower body... the whole shebang! Weight training (thanks to @connoryoungman_ ) and cycling (thanks to @glenndurance ) keep me motivated to “Adult” for the rest of the day and mentally prepare for a busy week. Now, the hair... Today I used @bumbleandbumble Curl, Moisturizing Shampoo and 3-in-1 Conditioner. Then I made a fancy cocktail of @randcobleu Surreal Styling Serum @bumbleandbumble Surf Wave Foam, rough dried to get the moisture out, then finished by diffusing with my @dyson Supersonic hairdryer. Last step is @randcobleu Lifestyler Volume and Texture Spray, and voilà!
