Impactful Design that Serves the Community Originally designed by Paul Revere Williams, HOK has reimagined the decommissioned MLK Medical Center into MRT Behavior Health Center along with our build partner Bernards. MRT will be the first facility in LA to offer truly comprehensive mental and behavioral health services for people living with mental illness, substance use disorders, and housing insecurity.
