Francesco Magisano (@teamfrancescoofficial) is a completely blind athlete racing for @achilles_international, a leading adaptive running nonprofit that transforms the lives of people with disabilities through athletic programs and social connection. Francesco first joined the organization in 2017 (a few years after he completely lost his vision as a high school freshman) after an Achilles volunteer approached him in the grocery store. Now a Director, Francesco leads the NYC Metro Region chapters and helps build the triathlon team, TriAchilles. 🎉 Achilles helps reframe what’s possible and breaks down barriers to achieving new goals.
