What’s a Brain Health Retreat? 🧠🏝 Hola from @sansararesort in Cambutal, Panama where it’s the first day of the Brain Health Retreat. My partner, Stacy Fisher @fisher.fitness, and I are excited to welcome 25 guests to this special slice of paradise. 🧠A brain health retreat is a week devoted to self-care of the brain. Each day, guests experience many pillars of lifelong brain health, based on the science of Alzheimer’s prevention.
