A LOVE LETTER TO LOS ANGELES: I’ve been lucky enough to live in LA for 10 years and it has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. It’s taught me so many life lessons, challenged me, forced me out of my comfort zone, and has made me the person I am today. It’s given me lifelong friendships and allowed me to pursue my careers in both TV and fitness. It’s made me incredibly happy with its constant blue skies and warm sun. It’s proven that paying $5 for a vegan chocolate chip cookie can be totally worth it. *IYKYK I have memories that I’ll hold onto for the rest of my life and I am beyond grateful to have called this place home for so many years. Through the ups and downs, the good and bad, LA will always have a sweet spot in my heart. I am a mix of emotions today - happy and sad, excited and scared but most of all I feel ready to see what the East Coast has in store for me. THANK YOU to all of my people from the bottom of my heart who have helped SO much this last month - from the dinners, to the parties, the packing, the places to stay, and the emotional pep talks — I couldn’t have done it without you.
