TBH, it’s a rollercoaster 😂 first trimester was total fatigue, second trimester was all energy and I haven’t made up my mind about the third trimeter yet but it seems a little funky lol BUT, there are some things you can do to keep you feeling good! 1- Take naps - nothing feels as good as a deep nap when that’s all your body is asking for. 2- Meditate - I’ve recently learned about transcendental meditation and I’ve been trying to do 2x 20 minute meditation sessions and they’ve been marvelous! Especially that afternoon meditation sesh. 3- Exercise, move, stretch! Do what makes you feel good, your body is changing a lot, you can help your body accommodate to these changes by moving and making space. 4- Stay hydrated. Your blood volume has increased and you and your baby both need more fluids. Go for 2-3 liters per day. 5- Eat regular meals and snacks to keep your blood sugar stable. I learned this the hard way in my first trimester. Whenever I’d skip taking a healthy snack with me, I’d pay the price by having mroe nausea and fatigue. Since then, I always keep a little snack pack with me wherever I go. ‌ Tag a pregnant mama! #pregnant #pregnantlife #pregnancyjourney #fatiguetips #pregnancyfatigue #pregnancytok #pregnancytips #fitness #nutrition #fitnesstips #fitnesstipsforwomen #healthytips #healthylifestyletips #baraaelsabbagh
