Two weeks ago, we catered a dinner for @loewe inside De Thomas, a brutalist church in Amsterdam. The event celebrated the opening of the brand’s flagship store in the Netherlands. We served shared starters such as rectangular goat-cheese-watercress cheesecakes and slices of butternut squash mille feuille. For the main course of the intimate feast, each guest received an egg yolk raviolo. Throughout the night, we poured glasses of Constel.lació by Cosmic Vinyaters. Photos @yeraysabandar
