No bake vegan 2 ingredient breakfast cheesecake WHAT 😻 Yes you hear right and it’s not a dream(but you’ll be dreaming while digging into this ☁️) I went for a strawberry peanut butter glaze cheesecake creation here 🍓🍰🌱💜 Recipe below 👇🏻
You’ll need:
• 150g vegan Greek style yogurt(I’ve used Alpro Skyr)
• 30g protein powder(I’ve used strawberry but you can use anything really)
For the peanut butter glaze:
• 20g powdered peanut butter mixed with water and a squeeze of @goodgoodbrand maple flavoured sugar-free sirup ✨
Toppings:
• roasted peanuts and flaked sea salt 🥜
How to:
Mix yoghurt with protein butter very well and transform into a ramekin. I didn’t spray mine but recommend to spray the ramekin so it’s easier to get out the cake. Microwave for 2 minutes. Let it cool in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes. In the meantime prepare the peanut butter glaze by mixing everything well until you get a smooth paste. Flip over the cake onto a plate and cover it with the glaze. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts and flaked sea salt. Enjoy! 🫶🏻✨💕
