With the aim to ensure more suitable food production and preparation of ready-made cooked meals, RMF will be upgrading and equipping the kitchen premises of @ahlouna with the needed equipment and cooking utensils. Additionally, RMF/PSL consortium partner Atayeb Al Rif will build the capacities of the operating and management team and production employees through trainings on different subjects. This intervention is expected to sustain and improve the livelihood of more than 23 employees at Ahlouna central kitchen, create 5 new job opportunities. It will help Ahlouna to meet ISO 22000 prerequisites’ compliance in order to increase product quality, diversity and end market access. #PSL #Promoting_Sustainable_Livelihoods.
