Yesterday I had the honour of hosting a workout at Samsung KX in London to celebrate something HUGE... @evolveyou & @samsunguk have partnered up to bring our workouts to 25 MILLION TVs WORLDWIDE... 🤯🌎 My intention as a trainer has always been to share my passion with as many people as possible in order to motivate and inspire them towards becoming their strongest, most confident selves through the JOY of movement. Yesterday, this intention became even more of a reality. Not only because I got the privilege of training some of our amazing community through a real time workout, but because through this partnership we will be reaching SO many more people on a daily basis which means my dream of empowering women all over the world is actually coming TRUE 😭 YOU are my why; This community right here. Women who, like me, didn’t believe they were enough when they’re MORE than enough but the world fooled them otherwise. If I can lead even just one of you to discovering that you’re so much stronger than you know, that your body is worthy and beautiful, and that you are capable of feeling safe, strong, confident and powerful in your body, then i’m a happy girl.
