Finally it’s yours!!! My sugar cookie recipe!! Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks) softened, 3/4 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 2 and a half cups all purpose flour .. Instructions: By hand (with gloves) mix together butter , salt and powdered sugar, add in egg and vanilla extract, once all combined add in and mix flour.. combine well, wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.. take dough out of fridge and begin to roll out.. use any cookie cutter you’d like these cookies hold any shape well! Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes depending on thickness .. let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!! Decorate any way you like!!
