This whole week has been one of the craziest and best weeks I have ever experienced. Starting out peak week Sunday in the emergency room (unrelated to bodybuilding) to me about to leave Friday & locking my keys in my car😭 With all the odds against me, I said I was making it to this competition no matter what. I have had one of the absolute best first prep experiences and it’s all because of @semenzastrength being so confident in my ability to grow mentally & physically. To be able to stand on stage and say “this is something I am confidently bringing to the table” is major for me because I always think I could look better or do more, but don’t we all? Mike saw all the potential in me from the start and reassured me my progress every step of the way. I’m so beyond grateful to work with someone who pushes me to make me a better athlete each and every day. Thank you to @alanistaughtyou for helping me with posing from the very very beginning. I absolutely loved how much she has shaped me in posing and giving me the confidence to showcase my physique in the best way possible on stage. 🤍 Thank you to @jonellewarnerifbbpro for also helping me with in person sessions, giving me the little sass I needed to look confident no matter what on that stage. Thank you so so much for helping me pick out a suit from @center_stage_rentals that fits my personality to a tea (sorry to disappoint everyone not doing pink, we just decided to be Spicy Barbie for this one🤣) Thank you Jonelle for also being my glam girl & making me look & feel so pretty & confident on that stage. You truly have the best eye for show day glam.🤍 Thank you to @camicook @hannahb.fit & @sare_uh111 for my post show DONUTS & the pretty pretty flowers from the Amish lady, specially hand picked🤣 I am so so grateful I had you guys all cheering for me & supporting me this weekend.🥹🫶🏼 And lastly, thank you to all of my friends, clients, followers and most importantly my mom for supporting me every single day.
