There’s a coffee shop by my house that makes cereal lattes, but none of the cereals are vegan. I’ve been thinking about making one non-stop since I first saw their menu. I made this one with almond milk and a high protein vegan “cinnamon toast” cereal but any vegan cereal will do. By the time you get to the coffee the milk had become “cereal milk,” which is delightful. 🥄
