I’m very grateful this 🇨🇦 thanksgiving weekend! That’s right 🇺🇸 our thanksgiving is in Oct. I get comments all the time that I have a few screws loose because I think it’s a month early and it’s true I do have a few screws loose but the Canadians celebrate thanksgiving in October. Fun fact: For a while, the Thanksgiving holiday did not have a set date. It moved around all over the calendar, from mid-April to November, before the Canadian government finally settled on the second Monday of October. Anyhow I’m grateful for my health, my family, friends and this beautiful place I call home Kelowna, BC.
