Plus, 3 servings of beans each week. 💪🏼Get a head start first thing by having a breakfast that includes leafy greens (sautéed spinach, kale, and chard), brain-friendly fats (avocado, nuts, eggs), beans, and vegetables. 1. Roasted pumpkin hash with avocado, black beans, and greens. 2. Beet hummus toast—garbanzo and beet purée, spinach, eggs, and microgreens. 3.
