REASONS YOUR HAIRSTYLIST DIDN’T RESPOND (immediately)!!️👇🏼 👉🏼 SHE’S WORKING! - this is typically why, keep in mind most stylists work at least 4-6 days per week and don’t respond when they’re with a client, or maybe they also run a salon, their own social media, payroll, scheduling, etc! almost every stylist these days wears multiple hats and it keeps us pretty busy! 👉🏼 IT’S OUTSIDE OF HER WORKING HOURS - period. hairstylists have become extremely accessible these days due to their phones (maybe they only have 1), social media (DMs, comments) but in reality we all have lives outside of the salon too, and years ago, if the salon was closed, you couldn’t book an appointment or reach your stylist! so please keep in mind if it’s a weekend, or our day off, we may simply be trying to turn off!
