I love this restaurant! / This trout is from Max Creek Hatchery which can be purchased at Delaware County farmers markets (fresh and smoked, plus some lovely watercress) (just found out he retired from @unsqgreenmarket but you can find other trout from @hudsonvalleyfisheries and @mountainsweetberryfarm) 🐟 sprouting cauliflower and cucumbers @berrybrookfarm
