Chef John was gracious enough to share his Grandmother's Portuguese Rice Pudding recipe. Family gatherings are a big part of our lives and usually center around food. My Grandmother was a big part of those gatherings cooking classic Portuguese dishes. She was a special woman, and I still cook many of her recipes today. I try to incorporate many of the flavors and dishes of Portugal into my dishes today."
