BIG NEWS TODAY Re: Niles City Records This smiling fellow next to me is my friend @brody__price . He has a new song out today called “Dying When I Met You”. (Second slide) I started a record label with my friends @jockblosh @caraschmara . “Niles City Records”. We are releasing Brody’s album, “Win A Trip To Palm Springs!”. It’s our first release. I absolutely love Brody and this album, and so happy we get to help release it into the world. Most of my career I’ve felt a bit like a square peg. Not quite at home anywhere. Perpetually restless with the things I create, always trying to grow and change, and have my music reflect that. At times that’s made “being successful” kind of a moving target. To me, music is powerful precisely because of its unique ability to get at those grey areas between things -to not be so pinned down. My favorite music is usually between genres, quirky, dynamic. That’s why I love Brody’s record, and that’s what we want to do with this label. Make a real home for the things we like that don’t seem to fit anywhere else.
