It’s hard for some people to wrap their heads round but, for me, bikes are adventure and escape. A sense of peace and an opportunity to unwind. I don’t race, track on Strava, I’m not interested in my FTP, and I’d much prefer a slow pace. Whatever it means to you is cool, this is just who I am.
