The unequivocal gut feeling as inner compass, telling us when it’s time to part, say yes or moreover, say no. The discomfort / excitement which arises when stepping into new territories. The rebirth, the inhabiting of the new skin, the familiarity or strangeness of being in this body, the coming to terms with the cyclic nature of all forms, the leaning into the process of transformation, the embrace of the shadow, the sticky, the scary, the light... The staying or leaving, the stillness, the simple, the root, the mother, the Earth, the pulse... Again and again we embrace the ebb and flow, the boundless stream of life: LOVE.
