⭐ Hospital Bag Must Haves!! ⭐ SAVE FOR LATER 👆 For Mama ✨ - long charging cord - headphones (couldn’t survive without them) - flip flops to shower - socks (so cold in the hospital!) & slippers (to walk the halls) - robe (MUST HAVE so you can get out of that hospital gown) - Frida Mom spray bottle - Earth Mama Herbal Spray for post delivery (way better than all the hospital stuff IMO) - Toiletries (don’t forget lotion and aquaphor or something for chapped lips!) - going home outfit - hair dryer (I liked having mine for the last day just better than hospital option) - my own PJs - Own high waisted underwear (need those comfy granny panties!) - nursing pads (like mine more than the hospital ones if I need them) - boppy to save your arms during all the nursing sessions - my own pillow to sleep on For Baby ✨ - clothes for taking pics, sleeping and going home (I like tie gowns for the hospital which is the only time I like them lol) - sleep sacks (the Love To Dream Swaddle UpTM) - sound machine (not in the reel but a serious MUST HAVE to block out the hospital noise so you and baby can sleep!!)
