Fantastic seafood last night at @peopleswine wine bar, where Q and Dina aka @pho_q and @dinafan are in the last weekend of a monthlong residency. Under those radishes is grilled squid in lime with a cashew purée; the little necks mostly got eaten before I got a picture; unseen here is the porgy Milanese, with a “mojo verde” that tasted maybe 15% Mexican and 85% Vietnamese though i@may have those numbers wrong. Closes Sunday night. Highly recommended.
