Man have these last two weeks been a blast... Don’t get it twisted tho! Yes we were in the DR where it’s nice and sunny but it was a grind and we pushed ourselves to the max. 😤 I’ve definitely pushed my physical limits but my mental got pushed even harder thanks to @coachbold.
