Vanna Vee, what can i say, you were one of a kind! I hadn’t spoke to u for a little while, we lost contact when u and Keshav split. For 5 years or so, whether at my place in Bristol, Keshav’s in Trinidad or wherever we ended touring with the band, we pretty pretty much lived on top of each other. We were a crazy dysfunctional family that did everything together. I used to joke that u were like my “annoying little sister”, we clashed quite a lot of the time but i really did love you. You were a completely unique human, incredibly talented in so many ways, you lit up every room u entered, your energy was incredible. You were fun and silly in the most amazing hilarious way, but also very serious when u wanted to be. I never really felt totally comfortable being on a stage but when i was on stage with u it was fine coz everybody was watching u dance. We traveled to incredible places all over the world together and i shared some of the best times of my life with you. I will cherish those memories always. I still dont really know what happened to you, its a tough one to take, but i found a bit of solace in the fact you were found in the sea, you always loved the water so much. I can see your spirit now riding a jet-ski at break neck speed across the universe with laughing that infectious grin on your face!! 🤣Shine on Vanna, ill miss u. ✨✨Xx
