This time last year we were just finishing tracking vocals and the band on what would become With Love From. Surrounded by unbelievable talents, all inside Studio 3 of Sunset Sound. We were heading into a year that would end up seeming never ending. Where needing your sister was more important than ever. Some of the hardest mental health crises we’ve experienced. Feelings we couldn’t place or describe. Moments that tested our friendship but we somehow held strong. Surviving a mass shooting. More bus breakdowns than we could count, stranded on highways of several states. Covid. Shows across North America and Europe, the first time playing @thegarden and the @hollywoodbowl Returning to old favorites like @thefillmore The support of wonderful crew. The friendship and support of the greatest touring band we could’ve hoped for @benzelico @connorjsully @nickpoulios Super supportive staff across so many venues in so many countries. Playing for our troops stationed abroad. Filming what would become a music video as a lightning storm rolled in that would follow us across several states. The joy of new places and meeting new people. Some who had recently found atotb. The release of finishing the recordings we will soon be sharing with you. Collaborating with talents like @joyoladokun. The support of our collaborator @yvesrothman and getting to coproduce with @900x and all the beautiful souls who worked on WLF many who worked on atotb. Our supportive team led by @jaredrosenberg And through each of these moments, the energy and support of the best fans a band could ever have. You’ve lifted us up. That’s why even though we don’t know what the coming year will look like, we’re open to it. Open to something because our fans always meet us there and what happens on the road is never what we expect but always feels like lightning. With all our love we’ll see you in April at a show.
