✌️big bumps! decompressing post-boards among the wildflowers & whistling marmots and feeling some big time gratitude. pregnancy is a heterogenous experience, and I’ve been working on staying present and being gentle with my body (lots of walking, some shuffling and of course fueling with the best natural ingredients, thanks @spring_energy 🌱). This also means trying not to worry about what’s to come (that’s a tall order considering I’ll be giving birth in the near future), what failures I might have with breastfeeding, as a parent or how it will feel going after my running goals in a new body.
