We thought we would do a new reel to show you who makes our clothes and the inside of our factories as we’ve had quite a few new followers recently (hello!) If you don’t know who we are Run& Fly is small slow fashion brand started in the 80’s by our current owners Dad, who still in his 90’s comes to the office on a daily basis to check we are doing it all right! We only make a maximum run of 800 pairs in each style - that’s across all sizes and includes what’s supplied between us and our stockists. We cannot sustainably or ethically make more than this at a time. The process from start to finish of each line takes 3/4 months. That’s from fabric printing to on the website. We are the size we want to be, we do not want to be a big company or lose what makes us special. We have a factory in each Leicester UK, Istanbul Turkey and India. All are paid above living wage and all have a very small team. There’s lots more on our website about our factories too. This reel is a mix of clips from all of them. We are working hard with our factories to improve consistency in sizing between them and will always continue to do so. We hear your frustrations and are working with them to make things better.
