It is often said that a good way to show devotion to your craft is through exploration, passion, and humility. This is exactly what my team and I did in Egypt. When Akila sent me the final scans of our campaign for @matteau, a quick recollection of our unforgettable week in Egypt passed through my mind. This trip left me mesmerized for a good month, everyday rethinking the iconic scenes we, Monika, Ilona, Akila, David, and our amazing production from Egypt, experienced together as a team. Thank you for an eye- opening week chasing sunsets, getting stuck in my first sandstorm, overeating falafel, and attempting to not fall off camels- there is no one else I’d rather shoot with in the Giza pyramids !!
