Okay first. This is Thor he had to have major surgery but he’s doing so so so much better😭❤️

Second. Currently, I’m going through a lot some of which I am unable to share, just because of personal reasons. Not like legally😂. But, trauma really is stored in the body & even if you think something didn’t affect you, you could be wrong. Because one day you’ll get some news and then your whole body hurts and you’re literally so depressed. 😭🥺

I thought it was because I just got the news my therapist isn’t seeing clients anymore. Also side note, it’s not her fault. 10/10 therapist tbh and she didn’t just abandon me but unfortunately the mental health system sucks....

But turns out yeah, I’m sad about that. Honestly it’s sucks and I was finally opening up & trusting her. Lol. But, I was kind of like this since Sunday. So looking back, I should have done some self care or something.

I started to think “damn drugs would literally help me not feel this” and then I was like “wtf joyce play that tape all the way through.”And so I went to target and got a squishmallow😂❤️. And I’ve decided tonight I’m not going to do school work. And I’m going to talk to some friends🐨

I have shit to do tomorrow so I have to feel these feelings and then cope and move on😂 I literally DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS TRAUMA BULLSHIT😂

Things to remember:
1. Feel your feelings. Even the ones that make you want to ☠️. Because NO FEELING WILL LAST FOREVER! IT WILL PASS! You deserve time to heal and process❤️
2. You don’t have to go through anything alone. But feeling lonely is honestly the worst part. So even if you don’t want too or feel like a burden. Do some opposite action and reach out to someone. Anyone! (And if they don’t answer just keep reaching out until someone does) *resources in bio*
3. You can be happy for someone and still feel depressed & anxious. You CAN feel more than one thing at a time.
4. Make sure when reaching out to friends, ask if their emotionally available to talk. Sometimes people are going through their own stuff and that’s okay❤️ it’s not a reflection of you❤️ #mentalhealth #recovery #trauma #sober #sobriety #edrecovery #iykyk #relatable #fyt
