Hands Free Star This is one of my favourite positions in Acroyoga, for a lot of different reasons. The main one is that it really shows what Acroyoga is about: trust, balance and connection. As a flyer it is pretty scary, as you have to completely surrender and rely on the base to balance you; but once you're able to let go of your fears, then the magic happens and you are able to relax, connect with the base and be fully in the present moment.
