Bratwurst + @konabrewingco + @grillospickles all on King’s Hawaiian Sweet Slider Buns? Say less 🤤 Ingredients: -King’s Hawaiian Sweet Slider Buns -1 bottle of Kona Brewing Co. Big Wave Golden Ale Beer -1 cup chicken broth -Salt and pepper -1 medium size onion (sliced about 1⁄4 inch thick) -4 spicy bratwursts, cut into halves -1 block of Velveeta (or your favorite Wisconsin cheese) -1 teaspoon salted butter -2 tablespoons whole grain mustard -18 Grillo’s Pickle Chips -Parsley Preparation: 1. Combine 1⁄2 cup of beer, chicken broth (season to taste with salt and pepper) and let simmer for about 5 minutes, then slice onion into rings about 1⁄4 inch thick and add rings to broth (cook until soft, then set aside) 2. Slice bratwurst in half and cook in a frying pan on medium heat (cook until brown on each side and bratwurst reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F) 3. In a small saucepan, add 1 cup of Velveeta (or your favorite Wisconsin cheese) and 1⁄2 cup of beer and cook on low heat (until cheese is fully melted) 4.
