GLUTE TRAINING 🍑 Why is it so beneficial? A lot of people train the glutes for aesthetic reasons however, training the glutes is much more beneficial than you may realise. Strong glutes will have a huge impact on your performance which is why it is great for both men & women to incorporate this into their training! The glutes are the biggest muscle group in the body and training them will really improve your ability to lift heavier, run faster and jump higher. It will also help to prevent injury and reduce lower back pain as the glutes provide stability to various joints in the body! If you are training for aesthetic reasons, remember that everyone’s physique is different and genetics can play a role when it comes to growing the muscles. However, with the right programme and the right choice of exercises, you can make a huge difference. So, whilst training the glutes effectively will enable you to ‘build your booty’, it will also bring about many more benefits!
