what i can’t provide in beautiful food styling or a recipe with accurate measurements — i make up for in the easy and chill-ness of this method! 😆 if you have broccoli and an air fryer you’re all set! i didn’t include temperatures or times either because air fryers are all so different (my new one cooks way faster than my old one) but i do around 350 and cook it for 12-15 mins typically, just babysit it the first few times you do it to make sure you don’t overcook. ~ preheat your air fryer while you whisk together olive oil and 3-4 cloves of minced garlic ~ mix in your broccoli (i like to break it into smaller florets to crisp em better) just get it all nice and coated so add more oil if you want to ~ season liberally with coarse salt and fresh cracked pepper ~ air fry for 10-20 minutes, shake your basket at least midway ~ once you’ve reached your desired level of crisp, remove and squeeze a good amount of lemon juice and freshly grated parmesan on top. stir it together and enjoy!!! 🥦 it’s so good your kids might even like— izzy can eat an entire portion of this! #easyrecipes #easyairfryerrecipes #airfryer #airfryerveggies easy air fryer recipes for weeknights, busy moms, vegetables
