“stargazing” Yeah. i’m burning out but this was a very refreshing painting to make. I had a classmate today bring up to me that they felt like i was in the middle of a rough patch and that’s the reason why i make art. I love when people are able to see more than surface level things and actually know that there’s a human with feelings behind these works. So i wanna thank them publicly for that. I’m excited for most of the things i have going on but i might need a break and some time to slow down my work pace a bit. This painting felt like being myself again and brought me a lot of joy and a sense of peace.
