Tastebuds. In. Overdrive. Loaded with butter, garlic, pasta and Daring, @keltonskitchen’s Chicken Scampi brings together allll of our favorite things.. Serves: 2 Ingredients: 8 oz Spaghetti 1 Pouch Daring Plant Chicken 4 Cloves Garlic, minced 1⁄2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional) 1⁄2 Cup Dry White Wine (Can Substitute Veggie Broth) 2 Tbsp Vegan Butter 1 Lemon, Juiced 1 tsp Lemon Zest Salt & Pepper, to taste 2 Tbsp parsley, minced Vegan Parmesan, to finish Method: 1. Begin cooking pasta as directed on packaging. Cook just until Al Dente. 2. While the pasta cooks, add the oil to a pan over medium heat. Add in the Daring pieces. 3. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Transfer out of pan once finished cooking. 4. Keeping the oil in the pan, pour in the wine and cook down for about 5 minutes or until liquid is about half the initial amount. Use a spoon to deglaze the bottom of the pan. 5. Toss in the garlic and red pepper flakes if using. Cook for about a minute and add in the vegan butter. Melt down until bubbly. 6. Add the lemon juice, zest, and parsley. Place the chicken pieces in the sauce and cook for a couple minutes on medium/low. 7. Toss in the finished pasta and season with salt & pepper. Feel free to add up to 1⁄2 cup of pasta water for super glossy pasta. 8. Finish with vegan parmesan and enjoy! 🎥 @keltonskitchen
