last fall i returned to school to pursue my master's in fine arts at @otiscollege! i felt that i had exhausted the narrative of ‘self-taught artist’ and wanted to challenge myself to be a student again. i will be taking a break from shooting basketball consistently to explore new mediums and materials to express myself as a visual artist. i am also deeply grateful to announce that i will be featured in my first group exhibition at @residencyart on April 9th. i will be debuting new mixed media basketball paintings! salute to you if you didn't read all of this because i wouldn’t have! but just know i love you! thank you @_malik843 for the portrait! 🖤 shermmmy
