Halfway down Las Salinas in Ibiza, exists something untouched by the superclubs and mega yachts that have been a mainstay of the island over the past couple of decades. A beach bar that has stayed true to the original spirit of the island, providing a soundtrack that has been weaved by the same DJ for the last quarter of a century. The bar is Sa Trinxa and the DJ is the one and only Jon Sa Trinxa.
