What you have to say is legitimate. It is important. You don't have to sound like a news broadcaster or a pastor or a Civil Rights leader in order to get up and say what you have to say. ⁠ ⁠ That's another reason why it's so important to be authentic. I don't sound good if I'm trying to sound like somebody else. And now, years later, you have someone like Cardi B come along, who's just herself.
