This week I’m sharing my Cherry 💣Bites, a spicy/sweet combo of marinated cherries, creamy Boursin, and crunchy pistachios on top of a crisp cucumber! These are little flavor bombs you have to make them! Cherry💣 Bites Ingredients ✨1 English cucumber, sliced into thick rounds- make sure it’s ice cold! ✨1 package Boursin cheese ✨1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved ✨1/2 Tablespoon chili crisp ✨1 Tablespoon honey ✨2 tablespoons roasted pistachios, crushed ✨Flaky salt, to finish Instructions 1. In a small bowl, combine the halved cherries, chili crisp, and honey. Let them marinate while you prep everything else (about 10 min). 2. Meanwhile, slice cucumber 3. Top cucumber with a generous dollop of Boursin cheese. 5. Layer a spoonful of the marinated cherry mixture. 6.
