My Chronic pain scale for the week that's in it. Sometimes I get really frustrated by the invisibility of my pain. It's hard to explain that I don't look like I am in as much pain as I am in - not because it's not there but because I am so used to it. It takes a lot of energy to perform pain so if it looks like I'm in pain it must be really bad. Ok I'm going back to sleep, Mayo for Sam.
