Learnings as an early-stage start up co-founder of @greenjobsboard So for people who don’t know, @greenjobsboard isn’t just a job board - we are becoming an actual company that will be working to bridge the “green divide” when it comes to getting more people (especially BIPOC, low-income, and folks in the Global South) eventually employed in companies/ organizations aligned with addressing the climate crisis.
