He’s wearing hand-me-down shoes from his sisters and, despite being six months old and largely unaware of his own limbs, he’s feeling very insecure about them. I explained at length that the booties are unisex, but he said “they still read as feminine and you know personal brand is so important to me.” That aside, we had a wild, wonderful, thoroughly chaotic first Christmas as a family of six, as evidenced by the fact that it’s January 2nd and this is going up now.
